Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome clients with warmth and professionalism, anticipate needs, and provide personalized assistance throughout their shopping experience
- Operate POS systems accurately, maintain cash wrap organization, and handle cash and media transactions in compliance with company policy
- Receive, process, organize shipments and transfers; report discrepancies and maintain stockroom cleanliness and organization
- Manage stock levels, replenish sales floor inventory, and execute visual merchandising updates to brand standards
- Suggest add-on products, promote gift cards, and capture customer information where permitted by policy
- Serve as a brand ambassador internally and in the local market; support social media engagement initiatives
- Support sales floor activities, respond to customer requests confidently, and partner with team members and management as needed
- Maintain housekeeping standards throughout the store and adhere rigorously to Loss Prevention guidelines
Qualifications
- Minimum one year of previous retail experience, preferably in luxury retail or service-oriented environments
- Proficiency with cash register systems and basic computer skills, including iPad, laptop, Mobile POS, and internet navigation
- Knowledge of fashion trends and current marketplace competition
- Ability to read and understand price sheets, product release information, and use walkie-talkie communication devices
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational capabilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with genuine customer service orientation
- Ability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally), climb, bend, kneel, and navigate sales floor and stockroom environments
Skills
Experience
Minimum one year of previous retail experience, including cashier, stock, or sales roles. Experience in a luxury retail service environment is preferred, though a combination of education and equivalent experience will be considered.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred; no formal education requirement specified.
