Coach is hiring a Part-time Sales Support Associate in Columbus, OH (Easton Town Center) for cash wrap, stockroom and client service duties.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver warm, professional client welcomes and personalized assistance at the cash wrap and on the sales floor.
- Operate POS and Mobile POS devices accurately; handle cash, cards and other media in strict compliance with company policy.
- Receive, process and organise incoming shipments and transfers; report inventory discrepancies and maintain a tidy stockroom.
- Manage stock levels and replenish the sales floor; execute merchandising and visual updates as directed.
- Suggest add-on products, promote gift cards and capture customer contact information where permitted to support clienteling efforts.
- Support daily sales-floor activities, respond to customer requests confidently and partner with sales colleagues and management.
- Maintain housekeeping standards and adhere to Loss Prevention procedures.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year retail experience (cashiering, stock, or sales); experience in luxury or premium retail preferred.
- Current knowledge of fashion trends and local competitive landscape.
- Proficiency with cash register systems and Mobile POS; basic computer literacy (iPad/laptop and internet usage).
- Strong attention to detail, organisational ability and capacity to multitask in a high-traffic environment.
- Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills; strong English proficiency.
Skills
Experience
At least one year of retail experience in cashier, stockroom or sales roles. Prior exposure to luxury or premium retail environments is preferred; a combination of education and relevant experience will be considered.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; combination of education and retail experience considered.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.50 per hour.
