Role & Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and engage in genuine interactions at the cash wrap.
- Accurately operate the POS system and maintain cash wrap organization.
- Facilitate email/name capture and suggest additional products or gift cards.
- Receive and process shipments, ensuring accurate inventory management.
- Maintain stockroom organization and cleanliness, including offsite locations.
- Replenish sales floor and execute visual merchandising strategies.
- Communicate product information and respond to customer inquiries confidently.
- Participate in inventory counts and uphold loss prevention standards.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of retail experience, preferably in luxury retail.
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
