Role & Responsibilities

• Greet clients warmly and provide personalized, professional assistance on the sales floor.
• Operate POS and Mobile POS systems accurately, manage cash wrap organization and handle cash/media in strict compliance with company policy.
• Receive, process and organize shipments and transfers; report discrepancies and maintain an orderly stockroom.
• Replenish merchandise, execute visual merchandising updates and maintain housekeeping standards on the sales floor.
• Recommend add‑on products, promote gift cards and capture customer information where permitted to support sales goals and clienteling.
• Support loss prevention procedures, respond to customer requests confidently and collaborate with the store team or management as required.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of retail experience (cashier, stock, or sales); prior luxury retail experience preferred.
• Proven competence with cash register/POS systems and basic computer proficiency (iPad, laptop, Mobile POS, Internet).
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast‑paced retail environment.
• Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills; strong English proficiency required.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak season and public holidays; can lift regularly up to 25 lbs (occasionally up to 50 lbs) and perform physical duties (climb, bend, kneel).

Skills

Experience

At least 1 year of retail experience, including cashiering, stockroom or sales duties; experience in a luxury retail environment is preferred.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent preferred; a combination of education and relevant retail experience will be considered.

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 21.75 per hour.
