Role & Responsibilities

  • Greet and engage clients warmly, anticipate needs and deliver personalized assistance consistent with brand standards.
  • Operate POS and cash wrap accurately; process payments, gift cards and customer information in compliance with company policy.
  • Receive, process and organize incoming shipments and transfers; report inventory discrepancies and maintain stockroom order.
  • Manage stock levels on the sales floor, replenish merchandise and execute daily visual merchandising updates.
  • Support sales floor activities; respond to customer requests and escalate to management or specialists as needed.
  • Maintain housekeeping standards across sales floor and stockroom and adhere to Loss Prevention procedures.
  • Act as a local brand ambassador, support store-level social media engagement and promote add-on products to drive conversion.
  • Perform physical tasks required for store operations, including lifting and moving merchandise up to posted limits.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1 year retail experience (cashier, stockroom or sales), preferably within a luxury retail environment; combinations of education and experience will be considered.
  • Current knowledge of fashion trends and competitive marketplace.
  • Demonstrated cash handling accuracy and familiarity with cash register systems and Mobile POS devices.
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills and ability to multitask in a high-volume retail setting.
  • Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak seasons and public holidays.
  • Ability to lift regularly up to 25 lbs and occasionally up to 50 lbs; able to climb, bend and maneuver in sales floor and stockroom.

Experience

At least 1 year of prior retail experience, ideally within a luxury or premium retail environment; demonstrated cashier and stockroom exposure preferred.

Education
