Role & Responsibilities

  • Greet customers with a smile and eye contact, offering personal introductions.
  • Engage genuinely with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored assistance.
  • Conduct email and name capture, adhering to legal guidelines.
  • Maintain accuracy and organization at the cash wrap, including POS operations.
  • Promote additional products and gift cards to enhance customer purchases.
  • Receive and process shipments and transfers, ensuring accuracy and timely communication with management.
  • Organize and maintain the stockroom, adapting to product flow and sales trends.
  • Replenish sales floor and execute visual merchandising strategies.
  • Communicate product information effectively to customers and team members.
  • Participate in inventory counts and uphold loss prevention standards.

Qualifications

  • 1-3 years of retail experience, preferably in luxury retail.
  • Familiarity with fashion trends and competitive landscape.

Skills

Customer-focused with strong interpersonal skills. Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new challenges. Proficient in cash register systems and basic computer skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Experience

1-3 years of prior retail experience, ideally within a luxury environment.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
