Role & Responsibilities

• Welcome clients with warmth and professionalism; anticipate needs and provide personalized assistance
• Serve as a brand ambassador internally and within the local market; support social media engagement initiatives
• Operate POS systems accurately, maintain cash wrap organization, and handle cash and payment media in compliance with company policy
• Suggest complementary products, promote gift cards, and capture customer information where permitted by policy
• Receive, process, and organize shipments and transfers; report discrepancies promptly and maintain stockroom cleanliness standards
• Manage stock levels, replenish the sales floor regularly, and execute visual merchandising updates
• Support sales floor activities and respond confidently to customer requests, partnering with team members or management as needed
• Maintain housekeeping standards throughout the store and adhere to all Loss Prevention guidelines

Qualifications

• 1+ years of retail experience (cashier, stock, or sales background)
• Current knowledge of fashion trends and competitive marketplace dynamics
• Proficiency with cash register systems and basic computer skills
• Experience with iPad, laptop, Mobile POS, and internet applications
• Ability to read price sheets and product release documentation
• Strong attention to detail and organizational capabilities
• Capacity to multitask effectively in a fast-paced retail environment
• Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills
• Strong English language proficiency
• Ability to lift 25 lbs regularly and up to 50 lbs occasionally; capacity to climb, bend, kneel, and navigate sales floor and stockroom safely
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, peak seasons, and high-traffic retail days including public holidays

Skills

Experience

1 or more years of previous retail experience, including cashier, stock, or sales roles, preferably in a luxury retail service environment; combination of education and relevant experience will be considered

Education

High school diploma or equivalent preferred; not explicitly required

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.50 per hour.
