Coach is hiring a part‑time Sales Support Associate in Cincinnati, OH — cash wrap, inventory and POS duties, $15.00–$19.50/hr.

Role & Responsibilities
- Greet clients with warmth and professionalism and deliver attentive, personalized service at the cash wrap and on the sales floor.
- Operate point‑of‑sale systems accurately, manage cash/media in line with company policy, and promote add‑on products and gift cards.
- Support local brand presence by assisting with social media engagement and acting as a brand ambassador in the store and community.
- Receive, process and organize incoming shipments and transfers; report discrepancies and maintain orderly, clean stockroom conditions.
- Monitor inventory levels, replenish the sales floor, and execute visual merchandising updates to maintain brand standards.
- Assist the sales team with customer requests, escalate complex service needs to management, and contribute to loss prevention procedures.
- Maintain housekeeping standards across sales floor and stockroom and meet physical demands of the role (lifting, bending, climbing).
Qualifications
- Minimum 1+ year retail experience (cashier, stock, or sales), preferably within a luxury retail/service environment; combinations of education and experience will be considered.
- Current knowledge of fashion trends and competitive marketplace dynamics.
- Familiarity with cash register systems and Mobile POS; basic computer literacy including iPad/laptop and internet use; ability to operate walkie‑talkie and read price/product release sheets.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational capability, and the ability to multitask in a high‑volume environment.
- Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills; flexibility to work nights, weekends, peak season and public holidays.
- Ability to lift regularly at least 25 lbs and occasionally up to 50 lbs.

Experience
At least one year of hands‑on retail experience (cashiering, stock control or sales), with preference given to candidates from luxury or premium retail environments.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; post‑secondary coursework in retail, fashion, or hospitality preferred but not required.
