Role & Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist clients with professionalism and warmth, anticipating needs and delivering personalised service.
  • Serve as a local brand ambassador and support store-level social media engagement and promotional activities.
  • Operate POS and Mobile POS systems accurately; maintain cash wrap organisation and handle cash/media in compliance with company policy.
  • Drive attach-sell opportunities, promote gift cards, and capture customer information where permitted.
  • Receive, process and organise incoming shipments and store transfers; report discrepancies and maintain stockroom orderliness.
  • Manage inventory levels, replenish the sales floor, and execute visual merchandising updates according to guidelines.
  • Support sales floor activities and customer requests; escalate issues to management when appropriate.
  • Maintain housekeeping standards on the sales floor and stockroom and adhere to Loss Prevention procedures.
  • Perform physical store tasks including lifting up to 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally), bending, climbing and stock movement.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1 year retail experience (cashier, stock, or sales), preferably in a luxury retail environment; combination of education and experience considered.
  • Current knowledge of fashion trends and competitive marketplace dynamics.
  • Familiarity with cash register systems, Mobile POS, iPad/laptop use and basic internet navigation.
  • Strong attention to detail, organisational capability, and ability to multitask in a high-traffic environment.
  • Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills; strong English language proficiency.
  • Availability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak seasons and public holidays.

Experience

At least 1 year of retail experience, ideally including cashier or stock responsibilities and exposure to luxury retail standards.
