Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver warm, professional client interactions at the cash wrap and on the sales floor, anticipating customer needs and providing personalised assistance.
- Operate POS and Mobile POS systems accurately; handle cash, card and other media in full compliance with company policy.
- Receive, process and organise incoming shipments and transfers; report inventory discrepancies and maintain an orderly stockroom.
- Manage stock levels, replenish the sales floor and execute merchandising updates to brand standards.
- Promote add‑on items and gift cards; capture customer information where permitted to support clienteling and store KPIs.
- Support store housekeeping standards, adhere to Loss Prevention procedures and assist the team during peak traffic and promotional events.
- Serve as a local brand ambassador and support store social media engagement when required.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year retail experience (cashier, stockroom or sales); luxury retail experience preferred.
- Working knowledge of fashion trends and local competitive landscape.
- Proven cash‑handling experience and familiarity with POS/cash register systems.
- Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
- Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, holidays and peak retail periods.
- Capable of regularly lifting 25 lbs and occasionally up to 50 lbs; able to climb, bend and manoeuvre the sales floor and stockroom.

Experience
At least one year of prior retail experience; experience in luxury or premium retail environments is advantageous. A combination of relevant education and customer‑facing experience will be considered.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; additional retail, visual merchandising or customer service training is a plus.
