Coach in Chesterfield, MO (St. Louis Premium) seeks a part-time Sales Support Associate to manage cash wrap, stockroom and client service.
Role & Responsibilities
- Greet clients with warmth and professionalism and provide personalized, attentive service across the sales floor.
- Operate point-of-sale systems accurately; maintain an organized cash wrap and perform cash/media handling in compliance with policy.
- Receive, process and organize shipments and transfers; report inventory discrepancies and maintain stockroom cleanliness and order.
- Replenish merchandise on the sales floor and assist with visual merchandising updates and execution.
- Support sales floor activities and customer requests, promote add-on products and gift cards, and capture customer information when permitted.
- Adhere to housekeeping standards and Loss Prevention guidelines; lift and move product safely (regularly up to 25 lbs, occasionally up to 50 lbs).
- Act as a brand ambassador in-store and in the local market, supporting social media engagement when required.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of retail experience (cashier, stock, or sales); luxury retail experience preferred; a combination of education and experience will be considered.
- Working knowledge of cash register systems and Mobile POS; comfortable using iPad, laptop and internet-based tools.
- Familiarity with fashion trends and competitive marketplace dynamics.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational ability and capacity to multitask in a high-traffic environment.
- Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills; strong English proficiency.
- Availability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak seasons and public holidays.
Skills
Experience
At least one year of prior retail experience (cashier, stockroom or sales). Luxury retail background is preferred but not required; combinations of education and relevant experience will be considered.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred; combination of education and experience will be considered.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 18.50 per hour.
