Coach in Cherry Hill, NJ is hiring a part-time Sales Support Associate. Assist customers, operate POS and manage inventory. $15–$19.50/hr.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver a warm, professional client welcome and provide personalised assistance on the sales floor and at the cash wrap.
- Operate POS accurately, handle cash/media in compliance with company policy, and maintain a tidy, organised cash wrap.
- Receive, process and organise incoming shipments and inter-store transfers; report discrepancies and maintain stockroom standards.
- Manage stock levels, replenish the sales floor, and execute visual merchandising updates as directed.
- Support floor-selling activities, suggest add-on products and gift cards, and capture customer information where permitted.
- Adhere to Loss Prevention procedures and maintain housekeeping standards throughout the retail environment.
- Act as a local brand ambassador, supporting in-store engagement and social media initiatives when required.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year retail experience (cashier, stock, or sales experience); luxury retail experience preferred.
- Working knowledge of current fashion trends and competitive retail landscape.
- Proficiency with cash register systems and basic computer skills (iPad, laptop, Mobile POS, internet).
- Strong attention to detail, organisation, and ability to multitask in a high-volume retail environment.
- Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills; strong English proficiency.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak seasons and public holidays.
- Ability to lift regularly up to 25 lbs (occasionally up to 50 lbs), and to bend, climb and manoeuvre in stockroom and sales floor spaces.

At least one year of prior retail experience is required; previous cashier, stockroom or sales experience in a luxury or premium retail environment is preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; a combination of education and relevant retail experience will be considered.
