Coach Sales Support Associate, Part-Time, Charlotte North Carolina. Retail operations support in luxury boutique environment, $15–$21.75/hr.
Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist customers with professionalism; anticipate needs and provide personalized service
- Operate point-of-sale systems accurately; manage cash wrap organization and handle cash/payment media in compliance with policies
- Receive, process, and organize shipments and transfers; report discrepancies and maintain stockroom organization
- Manage inventory stock levels and replenish sales floor merchandise
- Execute visual merchandising updates and maintain housekeeping standards throughout the store
- Suggest add-on products and gift cards; capture customer information where permitted
- Serve as brand ambassador internally and externally; support social media engagement initiatives
- Support sales floor activities and respond to customer requests; collaborate with team members and management as needed
- Adhere to Loss Prevention guidelines and security protocols
- Lift and maneuver merchandise (up to 25 lbs regularly, up to 50 lbs occasionally); climb, bend, and kneel as required
Qualifications
- One or more years of previous retail experience (cashier, stock, sales, or equivalent)
- Preferred experience in luxury retail service environment
- Current knowledge of fashion trends and competitive marketplace
- Proficiency with cash register systems and point-of-sale technology
- Basic computer skills including iPad, laptop, Mobile POS, and Internet
- Ability to utilize walkie-talkie systems
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to read and understand price and product release sheets
- Physical capability to lift, climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver sales floor and stockroom

Experience
One or more years of previous retail experience in cashier, stock, or sales roles; luxury retail service environment preferred.
