Sales Support Associate position at Coach in Charlotte, NC. Part-time retail role supporting store operations, customer service, and merchandise management.
Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome clients with warmth and professionalism; anticipate needs and provide personalized assistance
- Serve as a brand ambassador internally and in the local market; support social media engagement
- Operate POS systems accurately, maintain cash wrap organization, and handle cash and payment methods in compliance with company policy
- Suggest add-on products, promote gift cards, and capture customer information where permitted by company guidelines
- Receive, process, and organize shipments and transfers; report discrepancies and maintain stockroom cleanliness
- Manage stock levels, replenish sales floor merchandise, and execute visual merchandising updates as directed
- Support sales floor activities, respond to customer requests confidently, and partner with team members and management as needed
- Maintain housekeeping standards and adhere to Loss Prevention guidelines throughout the store
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of previous retail experience (cashier, stock, or sales roles), preferably in a luxury retail service environment
- Current knowledge of fashion trends and competitive marketplace awareness
- Proficiency with cash register systems and point-of-sale technology
- Competency with iPad, laptop, mobile POS systems, and Internet platforms
- Ability to operate walkie-talkie communication devices
- Capability to read and understand price sheets and product release documentation
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced retail environment
- Excellent English language proficiency
- Physical capacity to lift at least 25 lbs. regularly (up to 50 lbs. occasionally), and to climb, bend, kneel, and navigate sales floor and stockroom spaces

Experience
Minimum 1 year of previous retail experience, such as cashier work, stock management, or sales, preferably within a luxury retail service setting. A combination of relevant education and retail experience will be considered.
