Role & Responsibilities

  • Greet clients with warmth and professionalism; anticipate needs and deliver personalized assistance to nurture long-term relationships.
  • Operate point-of-sale systems accurately, maintain an organized cash wrap and handle cash/media in strict compliance with corporate policy.
  • Recommend add-on items, promote gift cards and capture customer information where permitted to support sales and CRM initiatives.
  • Receive, process and organize inbound shipments and store transfers; report inventory discrepancies and maintain a clean, orderly stockroom.
  • Manage stock levels and replenish the sales floor; execute visual merchandising updates and ensure product is presentation-ready.
  • Support the sales floor by responding to customer requests, partnering with colleagues and escalating issues to management as needed.
  • Uphold housekeeping standards and adhere to Loss Prevention procedures to protect inventory and the guest experience.
  • Act as a brand ambassador in-store and in the local market, including support for in-store social media engagement and local activations.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1 year retail experience (cashier, stock, or sales), preferably within luxury or premium retail; combinations of education and experience will be considered.
  • Current knowledge of fashion trends and competitive landscape relevant to the brand.
  • Proven cash handling experience and familiarity with POS/cash register systems; comfortable using mobile POS devices.
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational aptitude and the ability to multitask effectively in a high-traffic environment.
  • Availability for a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak seasons and public holidays.
  • Ability to lift regularly up to 25 lbs and occasionally up to 50 lbs, plus the physical agility to climb, bend and kneel.
  • Strong English language proficiency.

Experience

At least 1 year of retail experience (cashier, stock, sales), with preference for candidates who have worked in luxury or premium retail environments and have experience operating POS and managing stock operations.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary study or vocational/retail training is a plus. A combination of relevant education and hands-on experience will be considered.
