Role & Responsibilities
- Greet clients with warmth and professionalism and provide personalized, prompt assistance on the sales floor and at the cash wrap.
- Operate POS and Mobile POS accurately; manage cash/media handling and maintain an organized, secure cash wrap in compliance with policy.
- Receive, process and reconcile shipments and transfers; report discrepancies and maintain stockroom organization and cleanliness.
- Monitor stock levels, replenish the sales floor, execute merchandising updates and support visual merchandising standards.
- Support team selling activities, answer customer inquiries confidently, suggest add‑on products and promote gift cards as appropriate.
- Adhere to Loss Prevention procedures and housekeeping standards; perform physical tasks including lifting, bending and merchandising.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1+ year of retail experience (cashier, stock, or sales), preferably within a luxury or premium retail environment; combinations of education and experience considered.
- Familiarity with current fashion trends and competitor activity in the marketplace.
- Proven ability to operate POS systems and Mobile POS; basic computer literacy with iPad and laptop use.
- Strong attention to detail, organisational skills and ability to multitask in a high‑traffic retail setting.
- Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills; ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
- Ability to lift regularly 25 lbs and occasionally up to 50 lbs; basic physical stamina for stockroom and sales‑floor duties.

At least 1 year of retail experience, with cashier, stockroom or customer service responsibilities; prior luxury retail experience preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; combination of education and retail experience will be considered.
