Role & Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist clients with warmth and professionalism; anticipate needs and provide personalized guidance consistent with brand values
• Operate POS systems with accuracy; manage cash wrap organization and handle cash and media in strict compliance with company policy
• Receive, process, organize shipments and transfers; report discrepancies promptly and maintain clean, organized stockroom conditions
• Manage stock levels, replenish merchandise on the sales floor, and execute visual merchandising updates to elevate brand presentation
• Suggest complementary products, promote gift cards, and capture customer information in accordance with company policy
• Serve as a brand ambassador internally and externally; support social media engagement and local market positioning
• Maintain exceptional housekeeping standards throughout the store and adhere to Loss Prevention guidelines rigorously
• Respond to customer requests confidently; partner effectively with team members and management to ensure seamless operations
• Regularly lift up to 25 lbs. and occasionally up to 50 lbs.; climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver throughout sales floor and stockroom as required

Qualifications

• 1+ year of previous retail experience (cashier, stock, sales, or equivalent in a luxury environment preferred)
• Current knowledge of fashion trends and competitive marketplace dynamics
• Proficiency with cash register systems and mobile POS platforms
• Ability to read price sheets and product release information accurately
• Strong attention to detail and organizational capabilities
• Demonstrated capacity to multitask in a dynamic, fast-paced retail setting
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Physical capability to lift regularly up to 25 lbs. and occasionally up to 50 lbs.
• Flexibility to work varied schedules including nights, weekends, public holidays, and peak retail periods

Skills

Experience

1+ years of retail experience, preferably in a luxury retail or customer service environment. A combination of relevant education and hands-on retail experience will be considered.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent preferred; however, a combination of education and relevant retail experience will be considered.

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 21.75 per hour.
