Coach in Chandler, AZ seeks a part-time Sales Support Associate — hourly $15.00–$21.75 — customer-facing retail role at the cash wrap and stockroom.
Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome clients with warmth and professionalism and provide personalized service at the sales floor and cash wrap.
- Operate point-of-sale systems accurately, manage cash/media, and maintain an organized cash wrap in accordance with company policy.
- Receive, process and organize inbound shipments and transfers; report inventory discrepancies and maintain a tidy stockroom.
- Manage stock levels, replenish the sales floor and support visual merchandising updates to brand standards.
- Promote add-on products and gift cards, capture customer information where permitted, and support local brand engagement including social media activities.
- Support sales-floor activities and customer requests, collaborate with colleagues and management, and adhere to Loss Prevention procedures.
- Maintain housekeeping standards and perform physical tasks including regular lifting (up to 25 lbs) and occasional heavier lifts (up to 50 lbs).
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year retail experience (cashier, stock, or sales), preferably within a luxury or premium retail environment; equivalent combinations of education and experience will be considered.
- Working knowledge of current fashion trends and competitor activity in the marketplace.
- Proficiency with cash register systems and basic computer devices (iPad/laptop), Mobile POS and walkie talkie operation.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills and ability to multitask in a high-volume retail environment.
- Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills; strong English proficiency.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak seasons and public holidays; capacity to lift, bend and maneuver on the sales floor and in the stockroom.

Experience
At least 1 year of prior retail experience, ideally in luxury or premium retail; experience operating POS systems and performing stockroom duties is preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred; combination of education and retail experience accepted.

The successful candidate will be located in Chandler, Arizona, USA, with easy access to Phoenix.
Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 21.75 per hour.
