Coach is hiring a part-time Sales Support Associate in Chandler, Arizona — support POS, stockroom and customer service at Chandler Fashion Center.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide warm, professional client welcome and personalised assistance on the sales floor and at the cash wrap.
- Act as a brand ambassador in-store and within the local market; support store-level social media engagement when required.
- Operate POS accurately, maintain cash wrap organisation, and handle cash and payment media in compliance with company policies.
- Recommend add-on products, promote gift cards, and capture customer information where permitted.
- Receive, process, organise and reconcile shipments and transfers; report inventory discrepancies and maintain a clean stockroom.
- Manage stock levels, replenish the sales floor and execute visual merchandising updates according to standards.
- Support sales-floor activities and customer enquiries; escalate or partner with management as needed.
- Maintain housekeeping standards and adhere to Loss Prevention and health & safety guidelines.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year retail experience (cashier, stockroom or sales); prior experience in luxury retail preferred.
- Current knowledge of fashion trends and competitor activity in the marketplace.
- Familiarity with cash register systems and basic computer proficiency (iPad, laptop, Mobile POS, internet).
- Strong attention to detail, organisation and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to lift regularly 25 lbs (occasionally up to 50 lbs), and perform physical tasks such as bending, kneeling and climbing.
- Flexible availability to work nights, weekends, peak seasons and public holidays.

Experience
At least 1 year of prior retail experience (cashiering, stocking or sales), with luxury retail experience considered advantageous.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred; a combination of relevant education and retail experience will be considered.

The successful candidate will be located in Chandler, Arizona, USA, with easy access to Phoenix.
Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.50 per hour.
