Role & Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers with warmth and professionalism, anticipating needs and providing personalized service
• Operate POS systems accurately, maintain cash wrap organization, and handle cash and media in compliance with company policy
• Receive, process, and organize shipments and transfers; report discrepancies and maintain stockroom cleanliness
• Manage stock levels, replenish sales floor inventory, and execute visual merchandising updates as directed
• Suggest add-on products, promote gift cards, and capture customer information in accordance with company guidelines
• Support sales floor activities and respond to customer inquiries with confidence and product knowledge
• Maintain housekeeping standards throughout the store and adhere to Loss Prevention guidelines
• Serve as a brand ambassador internally and in the local community; support social media engagement initiatives

Qualifications

• 1+ years of previous retail experience (cashier, stock, or sales roles), preferably in a luxury retail service environment
• Current knowledge of fashion trends and competitive landscape
• Proficiency with cash register systems, basic computer skills, and familiarity with iPad, laptop, and Mobile POS platforms
• Ability to operate walkie-talkies and interpret price and product release sheets
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally), climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver sales floor and stockroom environments

Skills

Experience

1+ years of retail experience in cashier, stock, or sales roles, with preference for luxury retail service background. A combination of equivalent education and practical experience will be considered.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent; additional retail certifications or training is a plus.

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 21.75 per hour.
