Coach Sales Support Associate in Cerritos, CA. Part-time retail position offering customer service, POS operations, and inventory management. $15–$21.75/hr.
Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome clients with warmth and professionalism; anticipate needs and provide personalized assistance
- Operate POS systems accurately, maintain cash wrap organization, and handle cash and media in compliance with company policy
- Suggest add-on products, promote gift cards, and capture customer information where permitted
- Receive, process, and organize shipments and transfers; report discrepancies and maintain stockroom cleanliness
- Manage stock levels, replenish sales floor inventory, and execute visual merchandising updates
- Support sales floor activities and respond to customer requests confidently, partnering with team and management as needed
- Maintain housekeeping standards and adhere to Loss Prevention guidelines
- Serve as a brand ambassador internally and in the local market; support social media engagement
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of previous retail experience (cashier, stock, sales, or equivalent), preferably in a luxury retail service environment
- Current knowledge of fashion trends and competitive marketplace dynamics
- Proficiency with cash register systems and basic computer skills, including iPad/laptop, Mobile POS, Internet, and walkie talkie
- Ability to read price sheets and product release documentation
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong English language proficiency
- Ability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally); capable of climbing, bending, kneeling, and maneuvering sales floor and stockroom

Experience
A minimum of 1 year of retail experience in customer service, cashier operations, stock handling, or sales is required, ideally within a luxury retail environment. A combination of relevant education and professional experience will be considered.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent is preferred; a combination of education and retail experience will be considered.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 21.75 per hour.
