Role & Responsibilities

• Welcome clients with warmth and professionalism; anticipate needs and provide personalized assistance
• Operate POS systems accurately, maintain cash wrap organization, and handle cash and media in compliance with policy
• Receive, process, and organize shipments and transfers; report discrepancies and maintain stockroom cleanliness
• Manage stock levels, replenish sales floor merchandise, and execute visual merchandising updates
• Suggest add-on products, promote gift cards, and capture customer information where permitted
• Serve as a brand ambassador internally and externally; support social media engagement initiatives
• Support sales floor activities, respond to customer requests confidently, and partner with team and management as needed
• Maintain housekeeping standards and adhere to Loss Prevention guidelines throughout the store

Qualifications

• One or more years of previous retail experience (cashier, stock, or sales background)
• Preferably prior experience in a luxury retail service environment
• Current knowledge of fashion trends and marketplace competition
• Proficiency with cash register systems, POS terminals, and iPad/laptop technology
• Ability to read price sheets, product release information, and utilize walkie-talkie systems
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
• Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced retail environment
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to lift at least 25 lbs. regularly (up to 50 lbs. occasionally) and perform physical tasks including climbing, bending, kneeling, and maneuvering in stockroom and sales floor

Skills

Experience

One or more years of retail experience, including cashier, stock, or sales responsibilities. Experience in luxury retail is preferred but not required; a combination of education and equivalent retail experience will be considered.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent preferred; specific educational credentials are not required for this role.

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 21.75 per hour.
