Role & Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers with warmth and professionalism, anticipating needs and providing personalized service
• Operate POS systems accurately, manage cash wrap organization, and handle cash and media in compliance with company policy
• Suggest complementary products, promote gift cards, and capture customer information where permitted
• Receive, process, and organize shipments and transfers; report discrepancies and maintain stockroom organization
• Manage stock levels, replenish sales floor inventory, and execute visual merchandising updates
• Support sales floor activities, respond to customer inquiries confidently, and collaborate with team members or management
• Serve as an internal and external brand ambassador; support social media engagement initiatives
• Maintain housekeeping standards throughout the store and adhere to Loss Prevention guidelines

Qualifications

• 1+ years of previous retail experience (cashier, stock, sales, or equivalent), preferably in a luxury retail service environment
• Current knowledge of fashion trends and competitive marketplace dynamics
• Proficiency with cash register systems and basic computer skills including iPad, laptop, Mobile POS, and internet navigation
• Ability to use walkie-talkie communication devices and read price and product release sheets
• Strong attention to detail and organizational capabilities
• Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced retail environment

Skills

Experience

1+ years of retail experience (cashier, stock, or sales), preferably in luxury retail. A combination of education and experience will be considered.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent preferred; no formal education requirement specified.

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 21.75 per hour.
