Coach in Castle Rock, Colorado seeks a part-time Sales Support Associate to manage POS, stockroom and client service.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver warm, professional client welcome and personalised service at the cash wrap and on the sales floor.
- Operate point-of-sale systems accurately, manage cash/media and maintain an orderly cash wrap in compliance with company policy.
- Receive, process and organise inbound shipments and transfers; report discrepancies and maintain stockroom cleanliness and organisation.
- Replenish sales floor inventory, execute visual merchandising updates and support merchandising standards.
- Suggest add-on items, promote gift cards and capture customer data where permitted to support sales and CRM objectives.
- Support loss prevention and housekeeping standards; assist sales associates and management as needed during peak periods.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1+ year retail experience (cashier, stock, or sales); luxury retail experience preferred.
- Familiarity with current fashion trends and competitive marketplace activity.
- Proven cash handling and POS operation competency.
- Strong attention to detail, organisational ability and capacity to multitask in a high-volume environment.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Skills
Experience
At least one year of prior retail experience is required; experience operating a cash wrap/POS and performing stockroom duties is essential. Prior work in luxury or premium retail environments is strongly preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred; a combination of relevant education and retail experience will be considered.

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 21.75 per hour.
