Coach Sales Support Associate
Coach is hiring a part-time Sales Support Associate in Castle Rock, CO to support store operations, POS, stock and customer service.

Role & Responsibilities
- Greet and assist clients with warmth and professionalism; deliver personalised service and respond to customer requests promptly.
- Operate point-of-sale systems accurately, manage cash/media at the cash wrap and adhere to cash handling and Loss Prevention policies.
- Receive, process and organise incoming shipments and transfers; report discrepancies and maintain a tidy stockroom.
- Replenish sales floor inventory, execute visual merchandising updates and maintain housekeeping standards.
- Promote add-on products and gift cards, capture customer information where permitted, and support local brand presence including social media engagement.
- Support sales floor activities in partnership with sales associates and management to meet store performance objectives.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1+ year retail experience (cashier/stock/sales), preferably in a luxury retail environment; combination of education and experience considered.
- Working knowledge of cash register systems, POS and Mobile POS platforms and comfortable using iPad/laptop/Internet and walkie talkie communications.
- Current awareness of fashion trends and competitive landscape.
- Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills; strong attention to detail and organisational capability.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced retail environment and to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, holidays and peak seasons.
- Ability to lift regularly up to 25 lbs (and occasionally up to 50 lbs), bend, climb and manoeuvre in stockroom and sales floor spaces.
Skills
Experience
At least one year of retail experience, ideally within a luxury or premium-brand environment, with hands-on cashier and stockroom responsibilities.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational or retail/customer-service training preferred. A combination of education and relevant experience will be considered.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 21.75 per hour.
