Role & Responsibilities

• Greet clients with warmth and professionalism; anticipate needs and deliver personalised assistance at the cash wrap and on the sales floor.
• Operate POS accurately, manage cash/media in accordance with policy, and maintain an organised cash wrap.
• Receive, process and organise incoming shipments and transfers; report inventory discrepancies and maintain stockroom cleanliness.
• Manage stock levels, replenish the sales floor, and execute visual merchandising updates to brand standards.
• Suggest add-on products, promote gift cards, and capture customer information where permitted to support sales and CRM initiatives.
• Support sales-floor activity, respond to customer requests confidently, and collaborate with colleagues and management to meet business needs.
• Maintain housekeeping standards and adhere to Loss Prevention guidelines and store safety procedures.
• Represent the brand in-store and in the local market, supporting social media engagement when required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year retail experience (cashier, stock, or sales); experience in a luxury retail environment preferred.
• Familiarity with fashion trends and competitive market activity.
• Proven cash-handling accuracy and knowledge of cash register systems.
• Basic computer proficiency including use of iPad/laptop, Mobile POS and internet applications.
• Strong attention to detail, organisational skills and the ability to multitask in a high-volume retail environment.
• Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills; strong English proficiency.
• Ability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly and up to 50 lbs occasionally; able to climb, bend and kneel as required.

Experience

At least 1 year of prior retail experience is required, with cashier, stockroom or direct sales responsibilities; luxury retail experience is preferred.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent preferred; a combination of education and retail experience will be considered.

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 21.75 per hour.
