Role & Responsibilities

• Welcome clients with warmth and professionalism; anticipate needs and provide personalized assistance
• Serve as a brand ambassador internally and externally; support social media engagement initiatives
• Operate POS systems accurately, maintain cash wrap organization, and handle cash and other media in compliance with established policies
• Suggest add-on products, promote gift cards, and capture customer information where permitted by policy
• Receive, process, and organize shipments and transfers; report discrepancies and maintain stockroom cleanliness and organization
• Manage stock levels, replenish sales floor inventory, and execute visual merchandising updates as directed
• Support all sales floor activities, respond to customer requests with confidence, and partner with team members or management as needed
• Maintain housekeeping standards throughout the store and adhere strictly to loss prevention guidelines

Qualifications

• One or more years of previous retail experience (cashier, stock, sales, or similar), preferably in a luxury retail service environment
• Current knowledge of fashion trends and competitive market landscape
• Proficiency with cash register systems and basic computer skills including iPad, laptop, mobile POS systems, and internet platforms
• Ability to use walkie talkie equipment, read price sheets and product release information
• Strong attention to detail and organizational capabilities
• Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced retail environment
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Strong English language proficiency

Skills

Experience

At least one year of previous retail experience, such as cashier, stock, or sales roles, preferably within a luxury retail service environment. A combination of relevant education and practical experience will be considered.

Education

No specific formal education requirement stated; however, combination of education and retail experience will be evaluated.

Workplace

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from CAD 17.60 to CAD 22 per hour.
