Coach seeks a temporary Sales Support Associate in Calgary, Alberta—retail role combining POS operations, inventory management, and customer service. CAD $17.60–$22.00/hr.
Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome clients with warmth and professionalism; anticipate needs and provide personalized assistance
- Serve as a brand ambassador internally and externally; support social media engagement initiatives
- Operate POS systems accurately, maintain cash wrap organization, and handle cash and other media in compliance with established policies
- Suggest add-on products, promote gift cards, and capture customer information where permitted by policy
- Receive, process, and organize shipments and transfers; report discrepancies and maintain stockroom cleanliness and organization
- Manage stock levels, replenish sales floor inventory, and execute visual merchandising updates as directed
- Support all sales floor activities, respond to customer requests with confidence, and partner with team members or management as needed
- Maintain housekeeping standards throughout the store and adhere strictly to loss prevention guidelines
Qualifications
- One or more years of previous retail experience (cashier, stock, sales, or similar), preferably in a luxury retail service environment
- Current knowledge of fashion trends and competitive market landscape
- Proficiency with cash register systems and basic computer skills including iPad, laptop, mobile POS systems, and internet platforms
- Ability to use walkie talkie equipment, read price sheets and product release information
- Strong attention to detail and organizational capabilities
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced retail environment
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong English language proficiency
Skills
Experience
At least one year of previous retail experience, such as cashier, stock, or sales roles, preferably within a luxury retail service environment. A combination of relevant education and practical experience will be considered.
