Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver warm, professional client service at the cash wrap and on the sales floor; anticipate customer needs and provide personalised assistance.
  • Operate POS and Mobile POS devices accurately; manage cash and payment media in strict accordance with company policy.
  • Receive, process and organise inbound shipments and transfers; report discrepancies and maintain a neat, compliant stockroom.
  • Manage inventory levels, replenish the sales floor and support visual merchandising updates to maintain brand standards.
  • Promote add-on items and gift cards; capture customer information where permitted to support clienteling efforts.
  • Support daily sales-floor activities, respond to customer requests confidently and collaborate with peers and management.
  • Maintain housekeeping standards, adhere to Loss Prevention guidelines, and perform occasional physical tasks (lifting, bending, climbing).
  • Act as a brand ambassador locally, supporting in-store initiatives and social media engagement when required.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1 year retail experience (cashier, stock, or sales); experience in luxury retail preferred.
  • Current awareness of fashion trends and competitive landscape.
  • Proven cash handling and POS operation capability; comfortable using iPad/laptop and Mobile POS systems.
  • Strong attention to detail, organisational skills and the ability to multitask in a high‑traffic environment.
  • Flexible availability including nights, weekends, public holidays and peak retail periods.
  • Ability to lift regularly to 25 lbs (up to 50 lbs occasionally) and perform stockroom/sales‑floor physical duties.

Experience

At least 1 year of prior retail experience is required; preference given to candidates with luxury retail or premium brand experience and familiarity with cash wrap operations, inventory processing and visual merchandising.

High school diploma or equivalent; a combination of education and retail experience will be considered.
