Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist clients with warmth and professionalism, anticipating needs and providing personalized service
- Operate POS systems accurately, maintain cash wrap organization, and handle cash and payment media in compliance with store policy
- Suggest complementary products, promote gift cards, and capture customer information as permitted
- Receive, process, organize shipments and transfers; report discrepancies and maintain stockroom cleanliness
- Manage inventory levels, replenish merchandise on the sales floor, and execute visual merchandising updates
- Serve as a brand ambassador internally and in the local community; support social media engagement initiatives
- Support sales floor activities, respond to customer inquiries confidently, and collaborate with team members and management
- Maintain housekeeping standards throughout the store and adhere to loss prevention guidelines
Qualifications
- Minimum one year of prior retail experience, including cashier, stock, or sales roles, preferably in a luxury retail service environment
- Current knowledge of fashion trends and competitive market positioning
- Proficiency with cash register systems and basic computer skills, including iPad, laptop, and mobile POS systems
- Ability to read and understand price sheets, product release information, and inventory systems
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Capacity to multitask effectively in a fast-paced, high-traffic retail environment
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Physical capability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly and up to 50 lbs occasionally; ability to climb, bend, kneel, and navigate sales floor and stockroom areas

Experience
Minimum one year of previous retail experience in roles such as cashier, stock associate, or sales associate. Experience in a luxury retail or upscale service environment is preferred. A combination of relevant education and practical retail experience will be considered.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred; retail or customer service training is beneficial but not required.
