Coach is hiring a Sales Support Associate (part-time) in Buford, Georgia. Retail operations role offering $15–$21.75/hour plus benefits.
Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist clients with warmth, professionalism, and personalized service that anticipates their needs
- Operate point-of-sale systems accurately, maintain cash wrap organization, and handle cash and payment media in compliance with company policy
- Receive, process, and organize shipments and transfers; report discrepancies and maintain stockroom cleanliness
- Manage inventory levels, replenish sales floor stock, and execute visual merchandising updates
- Suggest add-on products, promote gift cards, and capture customer information where permitted
- Serve as a brand ambassador internally and in the local market; support social media engagement initiatives
- Support sales floor activities, respond to customer requests with confidence, and partner collaboratively with team members and management
- Maintain housekeeping and sanitation standards; adhere to all Loss Prevention guidelines
- Lift and maneuver merchandise and materials weighing up to 25 lbs regularly (occasionally up to 50 lbs); climb, bend, and kneel as operational needs require
Qualifications
- 1 or more years of prior retail experience (cashier, stock, sales, or equivalent), preferably in a luxury retail service environment; a combination of relevant education and experience may be considered
- Current knowledge of fashion trends and competitive landscape
- Proficiency with cash register systems and basic computer skills, including iPad, laptop, mobile POS, and internet platforms
- Demonstrated ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced, high-traffic retail environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational capability
- Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills
- Strong English language proficiency

Experience
1 or more years of prior retail experience, preferably in a luxury retail service environment. Cashier, stock, sales, or equivalent experience is acceptable; a combination of relevant education and experience will be considered.
