Coach Sales Support Associate, Buford, Georgia – luxury retail position with flexible hours and comprehensive benefits.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Welcome and greet clients with warmth and professionalism, anticipating needs and providing personalized assistance
  • Operate point-of-sale systems accurately, maintain cash wrap organization, and handle cash and media transactions in compliance with policy
  • Suggest add-on products, promote gift cards, and capture customer information where permitted
  • Receive, process, and organize shipments and transfers; report discrepancies and maintain stockroom cleanliness
  • Manage stock levels, replenish the sales floor, and execute visual merchandising updates
  • Serve as a brand ambassador internally and in the local market; support social media engagement initiatives
  • Support sales floor activities, respond to customer requests confidently, and partner with the team or management as needed
  • Maintain housekeeping standards throughout the store and adhere to Loss Prevention guidelines

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1+ year of previous retail experience (cashier, stock, or sales), preferably in a luxury retail service environment
  • Current knowledge of fashion trends and competitive marketplace dynamics
  • Proficiency with cash register systems and basic computer skills, including iPad/laptop, mobile POS, internet, and walkie-talkie operation
  • Ability to read and understand price and product release sheets
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Strong English language proficiency
