Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver warm, professional customer service at the cash wrap and across the sales floor, anticipating needs and ensuring a positive brand experience.
- Operate point-of-sale systems accurately, manage cash/media, and maintain an organized, compliant cash wrap.
- Receive, process, organize and reconcile incoming shipments and transfers; report discrepancies and keep the stockroom orderly.
- Monitor and replenish stock levels on the sales floor and execute visual merchandising updates to brand standards.
- Suggest add-on products and promote gift cards while capturing customer information where permitted.
- Support day-to-day sales floor activities and respond to customer requests; partner with colleagues and management to resolve issues.
- Adhere to housekeeping standards and loss-prevention policies to protect inventory and customer experience.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year retail experience (cashier, stock, or sales), preferably within a luxury or premium retail environment; combination of education and experience considered.
- Proven cash-handling experience and familiarity with cash register systems and POS procedures.
- Current knowledge of fashion trends and competitive marketplace dynamics.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask in a high-volume retail setting.
- Ability to lift 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally) and perform physical duties including climbing, bending, and kneeling.
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, peak season and public holidays.
Skills
Experience
At least one year of retail experience is required, with cashier, stockroom or sales support duties preferred. Experience in luxury or premium retail environments is advantageous.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; a combination of relevant education and retail experience will be considered.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 21.75 per hour.
