Coach Sales Support Associate, part-time role in Buffalo, New York. $15.00–$19.50/hr, retail operations and customer service.
Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome clients with warmth and professionalism; anticipate needs and provide personalized service
- Operate POS system accurately, maintain cash wrap organization, and handle cash and media in compliance with company policy
- Receive, process, and organize shipments and transfers; report discrepancies and maintain stockroom cleanliness
- Manage stock levels, replenish sales floor inventory, and execute visual merchandising updates
- Suggest add-on products, promote gift cards, and capture customer information where permitted
- Serve as an internal and external brand ambassador; support social media engagement initiatives
- Support sales floor activities and respond to customer requests confidently in partnership with team and management
- Maintain housekeeping standards and adhere to Loss Prevention guidelines
- Lift and maneuver merchandise and materials regularly (up to 25 lbs.), occasionally up to 50 lbs.
Qualifications
- Minimum one year of previous retail experience in cashier, stock, or sales roles
- Preferably experience in a luxury retail service environment
- Current knowledge of fashion trends and market competition
- Proficiency with cash register systems and basic computer skills
- Proficiency with iPad, laptop, Mobile POS, and Internet platforms
- Ability to utilize walkie talkie systems
- Ability to read and understand price and product release sheets
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong English language proficiency
