Coach Sales Support Associate role in Brea, California, supporting client service, point-of-sale operations, stock, and visual merchandising.
Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome clients warmly and professionally, anticipate their needs, and provide personalized assistance.
- Represent the brand internally and in the local market, and support social media engagement.
- Operate the point-of-sale system accurately, maintain an organized cash wrap, and handle cash and payment media in accordance with policy.
- Recommend add-on products, promote gift cards, and capture customer information where permitted.
- Receive, process, and organize shipments and transfers; report discrepancies and maintain stockroom cleanliness.
- Manage stock levels, replenish the sales floor, and carry out visual merchandising updates.
- Support sales-floor activities, respond confidently to customer requests, and collaborate with the team or management as needed.
- Maintain housekeeping standards and follow Loss Prevention guidelines.
Qualifications
- At least 1 year of previous retail experience, such as cashier, stock, or sales experience, preferably in a luxury retail service environment; a combination of education and experience will be considered.
- Current knowledge of fashion trends and marketplace competition.
- Knowledge of cash register systems and basic computer skills, including the ability to use an iPad or laptop, Mobile POS, and the Internet; ability to use a walkie-talkie and read price and product release sheets.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, peak busy season, high-traffic retail days, and public holidays.
- Strong English language proficiency.
- Ability to regularly lift at least 25 lbs. and occasionally lift up to 50 lbs., climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver around the sales floor and stockroom.
