Role & Responsibilities

  • Greet clients with warmth and professionalism; anticipate needs and deliver personalized service at the cash wrap and on the sales floor.
  • Operate POS and Mobile POS accurately; manage cash/media and maintain an organized cash wrap in compliance with company policy.
  • Receive, process, and organize incoming shipments and transfers; report inventory discrepancies and maintain stockroom cleanliness and organization.
  • Monitor stock levels, replenish the sales floor, and execute routine visual merchandising updates to brand standards.
  • Promote add-on products and gift cards; capture customer information where permitted and support clienteling efforts.
  • Serve as a brand ambassador in-store and locally; support store social media engagement as directed.
  • Maintain housekeeping standards, adhere to Loss Prevention guidelines, and assist team members and management as required.
  • Perform physical tasks including regular lifting up to 25 lbs (occasionally up to 50 lbs), climbing, bending and kneeling to manage merchandise.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1 year retail experience (cashier, stock, or sales); luxury retail experience preferred; combination of education and experience considered.
  • Familiarity with current fashion trends and local competitive landscape.
  • Proven cash handling and POS operation experience; ability to follow cash controls and reconciliation procedures.
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent verbal communication and customer service aptitude.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, peak seasons and public holidays.

Experience

At least 1 year of prior retail experience, preferably in a luxury or premium retail environment; experience balancing cashier and stockroom responsibilities is highly desirable.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent; combination of education and related retail experience will be considered.

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 21.75 per hour.
