Coach Sales Support Associate, Bluffton SC – Temporary retail position offering $15–$19.50/hr, benefits, and luxury brand experience.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Welcome clients with warmth and professionalism, anticipating needs and providing personalized assistance
  • Operate point-of-sale systems accurately, maintaining cash wrap organization and handling cash and other payment media in full compliance with company policy
  • Serve as a brand ambassador both internally and within the local market, supporting social media engagement initiatives
  • Suggest complementary products, promote gift cards, and capture customer information where permitted to enhance sales and customer relationships
  • Receive, process, and organize shipments and transfers; identify and report discrepancies while maintaining stockroom cleanliness and organization
  • Manage inventory levels, replenish merchandise on the sales floor, and execute visual merchandising updates to support brand presentation
  • Support sales floor activities, respond to customer requests with confidence, and partner with team members and management as needed
  • Maintain housekeeping standards throughout the store and adhere strictly to Loss Prevention guidelines and security protocols
  • Perform regular stock audits and coordinate merchandise flow from receipt through point of sale

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of previous retail experience, preferably in a luxury retail environment, in roles such as cashier, stock associate, or sales associate
  • Strong knowledge of current fashion trends and competitive marketplace dynamics
  • Proficiency with cash register systems, point-of-sale platforms, and basic computer skills including iPad, laptop, and mobile POS systems
  • Ability to navigate Internet-based systems and effectively use walkie-talkie communication devices
  • Competency in reading and interpreting price sheets, product release sheets, and inventory documentation
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume retail environment
  • Excellent English language proficiency
  • Physical capability to lift and carry items weighing 25 lbs regularly, up to 50 lbs occasionally, and ability to climb, bend, kneel, and navigate sales floor and stockroom safely

Experience

The successful candidate will be located in Bluffton, South Carolina, USA, with easy access to Hilton Head.

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.50 per hour.
