Role & Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist clients with warmth and professionalism; anticipate needs and provide personalized shopping guidance
• Operate POS systems accurately, maintain cash wrap organization, and handle cash and payment media in strict compliance with company policy
• Receive, process, and organize incoming shipments and inter-store transfers; report discrepancies promptly and maintain stockroom organization
• Manage inventory levels, replenish sales floor merchandise, and execute visual merchandising updates and brand standards
• Suggest complementary products, promote gift cards, and capture customer information where permitted to enhance sales opportunities
• Serve as a brand ambassador internally and within the local market; support social media engagement initiatives
• Respond to customer requests with confidence and professionalism; partner with sales associates and management as needed
• Maintain housekeeping standards throughout the store and adhere strictly to Loss Prevention guidelines and security protocols

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of prior retail experience (cashier, stock, or sales roles), preferably in a luxury retail service environment
• Current knowledge of fashion trends and competitive market landscape
• Proficiency with POS systems and cash registers; basic computer skills including iPad, laptop, Mobile POS, and Internet navigation
• Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational abilities
• Demonstrated ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced retail environment
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal customer service skills
• Physical capacity to lift at least 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally); ability to climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver sales floor and stockroom areas

Skills

Experience

Minimum one year of previous retail experience, including cashier, stock, or direct sales roles. Experience in a luxury retail service environment is preferred. A combination of relevant education and retail experience will be considered.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent preferred; a combination of education and retail experience will be considered for otherwise qualified candidates.

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.50 per hour.
