Role & Responsibilities

• Deliver warm, professional client service at the cash wrap and across the sales floor; anticipate client needs and provide personalized assistance.
• Operate POS and Mobile POS devices accurately, maintain cash wrap organization and comply with cash/media handling policies.
• Receive, process and organize shipments and transfers; report inventory discrepancies and maintain stockroom cleanliness.
• Manage stock levels, replenish the sales floor and execute visual merchandising updates to maintain brand presentation standards.
• Support sales floor activities during peak periods, respond to customer requests, and promote add-on products and gift cards.
• Serve as a brand ambassador in store and the local market, supporting social media engagement and brand initiatives.
• Adhere to loss prevention procedures and maintain housekeeping standards; perform physical tasks including lifting and stock movement.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year retail experience (cashier, stock, or sales), preferably within a luxury retail environment; a combination of education and experience will be considered.
• Working knowledge of POS and cash register systems, Mobile POS, iPad and basic laptop/Internet use; ability to use walkie talkie.
• Strong attention to detail, organisational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, holidays and peak retail periods.
• Ability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly and up to 50 lbs occasionally; able to climb, bend and kneel as required.

Skills

Experience

At least 1 year of prior retail experience in cashier, stocking or sales roles; experience in luxury or premium retail is preferred.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent; additional retail, customer service or product training is advantageous.

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.50 per hour.
