Role & Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome clients with warmth and professionalism; anticipate needs and provide personalized assistance.
- Operate POS and Mobile POS devices accurately; maintain cash wrap organisation and perform cash/media handling in compliance with company policy.
- Recommend add-on items, promote gift cards and capture customer contact information where permitted.
- Receive, process and organise incoming shipments and transfers; report inventory discrepancies and maintain a clean, orderly stockroom.
- Manage stock levels and replenish the sales floor; execute basic visual merchandising updates as directed.
- Support sales-floor activities by responding to customer requests and partnering with the sales team and management.
- Adhere to housekeeping standards and Loss Prevention guidelines; act as a brand ambassador locally and support social media engagement when required.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1+ year of retail experience (cashier, stockroom or sales); luxury retail experience preferred.
- Familiarity with current fashion trends and competitive landscape.
- Proficiency with cash register systems and Mobile POS; comfortable using iPad, laptop and Internet-based tools.
- Strong attention to detail, organisational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent verbal communication and customer-service orientation.
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, peak season and public holidays.
- Ability to lift regularly up to 25 lbs (occasionally up to 50 lbs), and to climb, bend and kneel as required.

Experience
At least one year of retail experience is required; prior experience in luxury retail or customer-facing roles is strongly preferred. A combination of relevant education and experience will be considered.
