Role & Responsibilities

• Welcome clients with warmth and professionalism; anticipate needs and provide personalized assistance in a luxury retail setting
• Serve as an internal and external brand ambassador; support social media engagement and market presence
• Operate point-of-sale systems accurately, maintain cash wrap organization, and handle cash and media in compliance with company policy
• Suggest complementary products, promote gift cards, and capture customer information where permitted
• Receive, process, and organize shipments and transfers; report discrepancies and maintain stockroom cleanliness
• Manage stock levels, replenish the sales floor with precision, and execute visual merchandising updates
• Support sales floor activities, respond confidently to customer requests, and collaborate with team members and management
• Maintain housekeeping standards throughout the store and adhere rigorously to Loss Prevention guidelines

Qualifications

• Minimum 1+ year of previous retail experience, including cashier, stock, or sales responsibilities, preferably in a luxury retail environment
• Current knowledge of fashion trends and competitive market dynamics
• Proficiency with cash register systems and basic computer skills, including iPad, laptop, Mobile POS, and Internet navigation
• Ability to use walkie-talkie communication devices and interpret price and product release sheets
• Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational abilities
• Capacity to multitask effectively in a fast-paced, high-traffic environment
• Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills
• Ability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally), climb, bend, kneel, and navigate sales floor and stockroom areas

Skills

Experience

1+ years of retail experience in customer service, cashier operations, stock management, or sales, preferably within a luxury retail environment. A combination of relevant education and practical experience will be considered.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent; additional retail training or certifications are advantageous but not required.
