Role & Responsibilities

• Welcome clients with warmth and professionalism, anticipate their needs, and provide personalized assistance throughout their shopping experience
• Serve as a brand ambassador internally and in the local market, supporting social media engagement initiatives and community presence
• Operate POS systems accurately, maintain cash wrap organization, and handle cash and media in strict compliance with company policy
• Suggest complementary products, promote gift cards, and capture customer information where permitted to enhance sales and loyalty programs
• Receive, process, and organize shipments and transfers; identify and report discrepancies while maintaining stockroom cleanliness and organization
• Monitor and manage stock levels, replenish the sales floor with merchandise, and execute visual merchandising updates per brand guidelines
• Support all sales floor activities, respond to customer requests with confidence, and partner with team members or management as needed to resolve issues
• Maintain housekeeping standards throughout the store and adhere strictly to Loss Prevention guidelines and security protocols

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of previous retail experience in cashier, stock, or sales roles, preferably within a luxury retail environment
• Current knowledge of fashion trends and competitive landscape in the marketplace
• Proficiency with cash register systems and basic computer skills, including iPad/laptop, Mobile POS, and Internet navigation
• Ability to operate walkie-talkie systems and read price and product release sheets
• Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational abilities
• Capacity to multitask effectively in a fast-paced retail environment
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Capability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly and up to 50 lbs occasionally; ability to climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver throughout sales floor and stockroom

Skills

Experience

Minimum one year of retail experience (cashier, stock, or sales background); experience in a luxury retail service environment is strongly preferred. A combination of relevant education and practical experience will be considered.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent preferred; combination of education and relevant retail experience will be considered.

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 21.75 per hour.
