Role & Responsibilities

• Welcome clients with warmth and professionalism; anticipate needs and provide personalized assistance
• Operate point-of-sale systems accurately, maintain cash wrap organization, and handle cash and payment processing in compliance with company policy
• Suggest add-on products, promote gift cards, and capture customer information where permitted
• Receive, process, and organize merchandise shipments and transfers; report discrepancies and maintain stockroom cleanliness
• Manage inventory levels, replenish sales floor merchandise, and execute visual merchandising updates
• Support sales floor activities and respond to customer requests with confidence, partnering with team members and management as needed
• Serve as a brand ambassador internally and in the local community; support social media engagement initiatives
• Maintain housekeeping standards and adhere to Loss Prevention guidelines

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of previous retail experience in cashier, stock, or sales roles, preferably in a luxury retail environment
• Current knowledge of fashion trends and competitive marketplace dynamics
• Proficiency with cash register systems and basic computer skills, including iPad, laptop, Mobile POS, and internet navigation
• Ability to utilize walkie-talkie systems and read price sheets and product release documentation
• Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational abilities
• Capacity to multitask effectively in a fast-paced retail environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and dedication to customer service
• Strong English language proficiency
• Physical capability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally), climb, bend, kneel, and navigate sales floor and stockroom areas
• Flexibility to work varied schedules including nights, weekends, peak seasons, and public holidays

Skills

Experience

Minimum 1 year of retail experience in a cashier, stock, or sales capacity, preferably within a luxury retail service environment. A combination of relevant education and work experience will be considered.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent preferred; a combination of education and retail experience will be considered.

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.50 per hour.
