Coach Sales Support Associate in Austin, Texas. Part-time retail role offering $15.00–$19.50/hr plus benefits.
Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome clients with warmth and professionalism, anticipate needs, and provide personalized assistance
- Serve as brand ambassador internally and in the local market while supporting social media engagement
- Operate POS systems accurately, maintain cash wrap organization, and handle cash and media in compliance with policy
- Suggest add-on products, promote gift cards, and capture customer information where permitted
- Receive, process, organize shipments and transfers; report discrepancies and maintain stockroom cleanliness
- Manage stock levels, replenish sales floor displays, and execute visual merchandising updates
- Support sales floor activities, respond to customer requests confidently, and partner with team or management as needed
- Maintain housekeeping standards and adhere to Loss Prevention guidelines
- Lift and manipulate merchandise and store materials regularly (up to 25 lbs., occasionally up to 50 lbs.)
Qualifications
- 1+ year of previous retail experience (cashier, stock, sales, or equivalent), preferably in a luxury retail service environment
- Current knowledge of fashion trends and competitive marketplace awareness
- Proficiency with cash register systems and basic computer skills including iPad, laptop, Mobile POS, and internet navigation
- Ability to utilize walkie talkie and read price and product release sheets
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Physical capability to lift regularly (up to 25 lbs.) and occasionally (up to 50 lbs.), climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver sales floor and stockroom

Experience
1+ years of retail experience, preferably in a luxury retail service environment. A combination of relevant education and experience will be considered.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred; a combination of education and retail experience will be considered.
