Coach seeks temporary Sales Support Associate in Aurora, Illinois. Part-time luxury retail role with POS, inventory, and customer service. $15–$19.50/hr.
Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome clients with warmth and professionalism, anticipating needs and providing personalized assistance
- Operate POS systems accurately, maintain cash wrap organization, and handle cash and media in compliance with policy
- Receive, process, and organize shipments and transfers while reporting discrepancies and maintaining stockroom cleanliness
- Manage stock levels, replenish sales floor inventory, and execute visual merchandising updates
- Suggest add-on products, promote gift cards, and capture customer information where permitted
- Serve as a brand ambassador internally and support social media engagement initiatives
- Support sales floor activities, respond to customer requests confidently, and partner with team members and management as needed
- Maintain housekeeping standards and adhere to Loss Prevention guidelines
Qualifications
- 1+ years of previous retail experience (cashier, stock, or sales), preferably in a luxury retail service environment
- Proficiency with cash register systems and basic computer skills including iPad, laptop, Mobile POS, and Internet
- Current knowledge of fashion trends and competitive marketplace dynamics
- Strong attention to detail and organizational capabilities
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced retail environment
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to lift at least 25 lbs. regularly (up to 50 lbs. occasionally), climb, bend, kneel, and navigate sales floor and stockroom
Skills
Experience
1+ years of previous retail experience, including cashier, stock, or sales roles, preferably within a luxury retail service environment. A combination of education and experience will be considered.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred; a combination of education and retail experience will be considered.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.50 per hour.
