Role & Responsibilities

• Welcome clients with warmth and professionalism; anticipate needs and provide personalized assistance
• Operate POS systems accurately, maintain cash wrap organization, and handle cash and media in compliance with policy
• Suggest add-on products, promote gift cards, and capture customer information where permitted
• Receive, process, and organize shipments and transfers; report discrepancies and maintain stockroom cleanliness
• Manage stock levels, replenish sales floor inventory, and execute visual merchandising updates
• Support sales floor activities, respond to customer requests confidently, and partner with team or management as needed
• Maintain housekeeping standards throughout the store and adhere to Loss Prevention guidelines
• Serve as a brand ambassador internally and in the local market; support social media engagement

Qualifications

• Minimum 1+ years of previous retail experience (cashier, stock, or sales background), preferably in a luxury retail service environment
• Current knowledge of fashion trends and market competition
• Proficiency with cash register systems, POS terminals, iPad, laptop, Mobile POS, and Internet
• Ability to utilize walkie-talkie communication devices and read price and product release sheets
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced retail environment
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Strong English language proficiency
• Physical capability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally), climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver sales floor and stockroom

Skills

Experience

Minimum 1+ years of retail experience in cashier, stock, or sales roles, preferably within a luxury retail service environment. A combination of education and equivalent experience will be considered.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent preferred; specific educational attainment will be considered in combination with relevant retail experience.

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.50 per hour.
