Role & Responsibilities

• Welcome clients with warmth and professionalism and provide personalised assistance on the sales floor and at the cash wrap.
• Operate POS accurately, manage cash/media in compliance with company policy, and maintain an organised cash wrap.
• Receive, process, and organise incoming shipments and transfers; report discrepancies and maintain stockroom cleanliness and order.
• Monitor and replenish stock levels, execute visual merchandising updates, and support floor moves to maintain brand presentation.
• Suggest add-on products, promote gift cards and capture customer information where permitted to support CRM and sales goals.
• Support sales floor activities, respond to customer requests confidently, and partner with colleagues and management to resolve issues.
• Adhere to Loss Prevention procedures and maintain store housekeeping standards, including occasional heavy lifting and frequent bending/climbing.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1+ year of retail experience (cashier, stock, or sales); luxury retail experience preferred.
• Working knowledge of cash register systems and Mobile POS; comfortable using iPad and laptop for retail tasks.
• Demonstrable attention to detail, strong organisational skills and ability to multitask in a high-volume retail environment.
• Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills; strong English proficiency required.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak season and public holidays.
• Ability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally) and to climb, bend and kneel as required.

Experience

At least one year of prior retail experience is required, preferably in a luxury or premium retail environment; experience performing cashier and stockroom duties is advantageous.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent preferred; a combination of education and relevant retail experience will be considered.

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.50 per hour.
