Role & Responsibilities

• Greet clients with warmth and professionalism, anticipate needs, and deliver personalized service on the sales floor and at the cash wrap.
• Operate POS accurately, manage cash/media, and maintain an organized, secure cash wrap in compliance with company policy.
• Receive, process, sort and organize incoming shipments and transfers; report discrepancies and keep the stockroom clean and orderly.
• Manage inventory levels and replenish merchandise on the sales floor; execute visual merchandising updates and maintain presentation standards.
• Drive add-on sales by suggesting complementary products, promoting gift cards, and capturing customer information where permitted.
• Support store marketing and serve as a local brand ambassador, including assisting with social media engagement when required.
• Respond to customer requests confidently, partner with sales and management to resolve issues, and adhere to Loss Prevention practices.
• Maintain housekeeping standards on the sales floor and stockroom; perform physical tasks including lifting and merchandise handling.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1+ year retail experience (cashier, stock, or sales); luxury retail experience preferred; combinations of education and experience considered.
• Familiarity with current fashion trends and competitor activity in the local market.
• Proven cash-handling accuracy and knowledge of cash register/POS procedures.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills; ability to build rapport with diverse clientele.
• Availability to work a flexible retail schedule, including nights, weekends, holidays, and peak seasonal periods.
• Ability to lift regularly up to 25 lbs and occasionally up to 50 lbs, and to climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver throughout the store.

Experience

At least one year of prior retail experience (cashier, stockroom or sales); previous experience in luxury or premium retail is preferred. A combination of relevant education and experience will be considered.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.50 per hour.
