Coach Sales Support Associate

Role & Responsibilities

• Deliver warm, professional client service at the cash wrap and across the sales floor; anticipate needs and provide personalized assistance.
• Operate POS and Mobile POS devices accurately; manage cash/media in strict compliance with company policies.
• Receive, process and reconcile inbound shipments and transfers; report discrepancies and maintain an organized stockroom.
• Monitor and replenish stock levels; execute merchandising updates and maintain visual standards on the sales floor.
• Support sales floor activities and promotions, suggest add-on products, promote gift cards and capture customer information where permitted.
• Maintain housekeeping standards and adhere to Loss Prevention guidelines and safety procedures.
• Act as a local brand ambassador and support in-store social media engagement when required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year retail experience (cashiering, stockroom or sales), preferably within a luxury or premium retail environment; combinations of education and experience will be considered.
• Working knowledge of POS/cash register systems and basic computer proficiency.
• Strong customer service and communication skills, with the ability to multitask in a high-traffic environment.
• Attention to detail, strong organizational skills and ability to follow operational procedures.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak seasons and public holidays.
• Physical ability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally) and to climb, bend, kneel and maneuver on the sales floor and in the stockroom.

Skills

Experience

At least 1 year of retail experience, ideally in luxury or premium retail, with hands-on experience in cashiering, stockroom operations or customer-facing sales support.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent; relevant retail or customer service coursework or certifications a plus. A combination of education and experience will be considered.

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.50 per hour.
