Role & Responsibilities

• Welcome clients with warmth and professionalism; anticipate customer needs and provide personalized assistance
• Operate point-of-sale systems accurately, maintain cash wrap organization, and handle cash and media in compliance with policy
• Suggest add-on products, promote gift cards, and capture customer information where permitted by policy
• Receive, process, and organize shipments and transfers; report discrepancies and maintain stockroom cleanliness
• Manage stock levels, replenish sales floor merchandise, and execute visual merchandising updates
• Serve as a brand ambassador internally and in the local market; support social media engagement initiatives
• Support sales floor activities, respond to customer requests confidently, and partner with team members or management as needed
• Maintain housekeeping standards throughout the store and adhere to Loss Prevention guidelines

Qualifications

• One or more years of previous retail experience (cashier, stock, or sales), preferably in a luxury retail service environment
• Current knowledge of fashion trends and competitive marketplace dynamics
• Proficiency with cash register systems and basic computer skills, including iPad, laptop, mobile POS, and internet platforms
• Ability to operate walkie-talkie systems and interpret price and product release sheets
• Strong attention to detail and organizational capabilities
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Strong English language proficiency
• Ability to lift at least 25 pounds regularly (up to 50 pounds occasionally); able to climb, bend, kneel, and navigate sales floor and stockroom

Skills

Experience

One or more years of retail experience, including cashier, stock, or sales responsibilities, preferably within a luxury retail setting. A combination of relevant education and experience will be considered.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent preferred; a combination of education and retail experience will be considered.

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 21.75 per hour.
