Coach Sales Support Associate in Atlantic City, NJ – Temporary part-time retail position with POS, inventory, and customer service responsibilities.
Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist clients with warmth and professionalism, anticipating needs and providing personalized service
- Operate POS systems accurately, maintain cash wrap organization, and handle cash and media in full compliance with loss prevention policies
- Suggest add-on products, promote gift cards, and capture customer information in accordance with established guidelines
- Receive, process, and organize shipments and transfers; report inventory discrepancies and maintain stockroom cleanliness
- Manage stock levels, replenish sales floor inventory, and execute visual merchandising updates as directed
- Support sales floor activities, respond confidently to customer inquiries, and escalate issues to management when needed
- Maintain housekeeping standards throughout the store and adhere to all loss prevention protocols
- Serve as a brand ambassador internally and externally; support social media engagement initiatives
Qualifications
- Minimum one year of previous retail experience (cashier, stock, or sales roles), preferably in a luxury retail environment
- Current knowledge of fashion trends and competitive marketplace dynamics
- Proficiency with cash register systems and point-of-sale technology
- Basic computer skills including iPad, laptop, mobile POS systems, and internet navigation
- Ability to read and understand price sheets, product release sheets, and communicate via walkie-talkie
- Strong attention to detail and organizational capabilities
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally); ability to climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver the sales floor and stockroom

Experience
Minimum one year of retail experience, preferably in a luxury retail service environment. A combination of education and equivalent hands-on experience will be considered.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred; retail or customer service training is a plus.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 19.50 per hour.
